Please check your red folders for an important announcement from Anne. Heidi's class: expect the letter to come home on MONDAY.

Website News

Get a sneak peek at this year's 4th grade performing their circus skills through a slide show on the website.

Enjoy!

4th grade circus

The 4th grade circus is coming next week! Prek-3rd grades will have an opportunity to see the circus in school on Thursday 3/11. Tickets are still available for the 7pm performances on Friday 3/12 and Saturday 3/13. Contact the office if you want some. The circus t-shirts, on the other hand, are all sold out.

Bake Sale for Haiti Relief

Mark your calendars for a bake and craft sale put on by several classes. Students have expressed interest in helping with Haiti efforts and have come up with the idea of a bake and craft sale, to be held on Wednesday 3/17. More details will be coming in next week's announcements.

Welcome to Your Virtual Red Folder

For now, you will be receiving both a hard copy and an electronic copy of the weekly announcements (except for Heidi and Jill's class: our first to transition to electronic only!). PMFS will be slowly transitioning to electronic-only announcements. Is your partner not getting these announcements and you'd like them to? Contact the office with that person's email information!

Message from Whole Foods Market

Hello to our wonderful Nickels for Nonprofits recipients! It has been wonderful working with you all over the past two months. As you may know, March marks the beginning of our fundraising efforts for the Whole Planet Foundation, Whole Foods Market's own nonprofit organization. Our store plans to make the Whole Planet Foundation the Nickels for Nonprofits recipient for the remainder of March. Plymouth Meeting Friends School will be back up and running at the beginning of April, and we will extend your run until April 25th to make up for lost time.

We just wanted to keep you in “the know” in case you drop by and see PMFS out of our collection box. Please let us know if you have any questions. You can learn more about our Whole Planet Foundation at: www.wholeplanetfoundation.org

Thank you!
