Plymouth Meeting Friends School given $100,000
Plymouth Meeting Friends School has received a $100,000 gift from an anonymous donor that will be used for its capital campaign, the school announced yesterday.

The campaign is seeking $2.3 million to construct a 4,500-square-foot building that would contain two classrooms, a conference room, administrative offices, and other space. The school plans to incorporate environmentally friendly design principles, including outdoor classroom space, a water cistern, and passive solar energy.

Founded in 1790, Plymouth Meeting Friends enrolls 147 students from prekindergarten through sixth grade.
