The testimony of peace is the basis of classroom interactions and of PMFS’s deliberate social curriculum that teaches all children, beginning in kindergarten, conflict resolution skills that enable them to voice their concerns and opinions and get their needs met. This culminates in the formal conflict resolution training in fifth grade that prepares students to be peer mediators in sixth grade.
